Shipping & Delivery
We are located and operate in the State of Alabama, orders shipped to ALABAMA, will be charged 9% tax. If you live outside Alabama, you will not be charged tax, but you should consult your tax laws in your state. Shipping is a flat $5.00 (within the 48 contiguous states only) additional shipping applies for Hawaii and Alaska. If you are an international customer and are interested in any of our products, please contact us at sherry@rockabyebabyonline.com for assistance. We use USPS for ground shipping. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). If you have a deadline, don't hesitate to email me and I will try to accommodate you. *Current production time: 1-10 business days + allow for USPS shipping.
Privacy & SecurityAll of your information remains confidential. We will not sell/give your information to a third party. Returns & Replacements Do not return anything without emailing us first. When we receive the item, we will issue you a refund in the amount paid for the item or ship the replacement item you have selected in exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility. If we receive a return that shows signs of wear or use, your returned merchandise will be refused and will be sent back to you at your expense.
